Beauly Homes was founded in 2022 by Iain Jamie, Ben Whiting, Alan Jones and Matt Jones, who together bring over 100 years of experience and expertise in the housing industry.

Having worked for large, national housing firms throughout their careers, Iain and Ben wanted to return to their roots in Suffolk and create homes with the care and attention they deserve. Alan and Matt, of Norfolk-based sister company Vello Homes, joined them as partners and funders, sharing that same vision and ambition for the region.

Located in the heart of East Anglia, Beauly Homes provides high-quality, well-designed, superior houses in the very best locations, built by local craftspeople.

Everything from design and build right through to handing over the keys is completed and overseen by Beauly Homes to guarantee our customers the highest level of quality and service.
